Running On Empty

Mrs Oranjball has been for a run with Child Two (aged 5) this morning (while Child One learnt how to tie shoelaces). The sweaty bedraggled pair returned after 45(ish) minutes. Half an hour later what do we hear?….. ” Oooh,   Ow,  Aaagh,  I ache, He runs to fast” etc. Meanwhile after a brief toilet stop Child Two is off with Child One running around the garden with Urchin One & Urchin Two as if nothing had happened.
