(depending on prevalent weather conditions) Welcome to the Monmouth Kite Festival, can you spot what’s missing from this photo…. can you…. come on it’s not that hard,….I’m waiting….. give up? Kites, that’s what’s missing, KITES. there’s no wind so there’s no kites, ho-hum (there was still the Falconry display & Parachute Display Team & micro-lites & some very strong cider… but no bloody kites.
