BST…..eh?

What the blazes is BST?
Today, lovely BBC told me it was a solar eclipse (well a bit of one) and UK should see it at 10:16 BST.
So of I trot at about ten past ten, half a coffee in hand, to the end of the factory building and squint up at the grey scudding clounds of Coventry. Hmm..clouds….what to do? Got it – phone Mr.OB and see if it’s sunny there – much moaning from Mr.OB and reports of no eclipse being witnessed.
Ah well, at least the Beeb will have photo’s – sure enough there was one proudly displayed and claiming to have been taken at 9:15 this morning GMT. See that, NINE FIFTEEN…..not ten, but nine.
